How does dmc handle tracks and index markers

Is there somewhere some description how the CD Ripper handles the gaps between tracks (better said, the indexes)?
What about track 1 pregaps (so called hidden track ones)?

To get the "hidden tracks", you have to manually change settings in dMC.

As for the indexes, dMC can either read the TOC or determine the indexes itself.

R11.5 had a Table of contents address input page, R12 is missing this until R13.

Ah,.. and what does it in the meantime? Does it ignore track one pregaps?
Does it append gaps between tracks to the previous track (like the default in EAC).

First pregaps would be ignored. Gaps are appended.
