Converted song skips!

:cry: I can get mine to convert but when i play it sounds good but skipping !!! How can I make it stop skipping??? Helpppp

First, what format is your song? Does the file you converted from skip? What OS and version of dMC are you using? What are you playing the file in?

No they don't skip until I convert them and it does not matter the setting they still skip

I am using the latest db i bought it today thought that might help LOL
the song file is .wma
and i been playing them with my windows media player

Hi i bought the dbpowerAMP music converter and when i convert a song it skips the sound is good just skips...
I use MPEG Layer - 3
16 kBits/s 11025 Hz, Mono 1kb/sec
They sound great but skip bad and thats the settings all my friends use!!

You converted a CD to WMA and it skips? Is your AccurateRip configured for the CD ripper?

Pardon me for butting in... but converting music to mono 1Kbps mono would sound pretty terrible under any circumstances, wouldn't it?!

Have you tried stero at something like 64kbps or 128kbps??
