    Wrapping AAC into MP4

Hy there, I have installed the dBpowerAMP Converter (dMC-r12.exe) with nero AAC codecs (dBpoweramp-Codec-m4a.exe), now I would like to wrap some .aac files into .mp4 containers but unsure how to acheive that...

    Can someone help?

    Thanks

A codec that does this will be released eventually, though sooner than later.

No, you were told correctly. However, since then dMC r12 has been released which implemented a new codec system. If you want, you can have both dMC r11.5 installed to wrap AAC in MP4 and dMC r12 installed for everything else, per the instructions here: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/legacy-compatibility.htm

I've installed the wrapper but wraps into m4a.... is it the same as a mp4?

Yes, the only difference is the extension. You can simply rename the file to a mp4 and it will be fine.
