    dmc12, powerpack, dsp, mp3PRO

    Hi,

I was using registered dmc 11.5 + registered powerpack.
I recently moved to dmc 12, de-selecting powerpack-trial option and installing the DSPs zip file.

When trying to add some dsp from dmc12 main screen, I only got "powerpack needed" message. Thus, I uninstalled dmc12 and deleted any possibly related folder or file here and there, and re-installed dmc12 with powerpack-trial option selected.

Going to add dsp, they were now there in their menu, but missing those I was looking for: volume quieten, normalize, fade, etc.

Also, no mention in the website about a mp3PRO codec.

    My questions are:

1 - Am I supposed to buy new registration to powerpack?
2 - Being the case, am I also supposed to buy new registration to dmc12?
3 - Where to get, or how to install, dsp I'm looking for, or new dsp in general?
4 - For mp3PRO should I proceed like in previous dmc versions, or what?

Any reply is welcome, either at the forum or in my email.
    Thanks,

    max biagetti, dmc-neewbie

    Re: dmc12, powerpack, dsp, mp3PRO

Re-issue registered version of dBpowerAMP can be downloaded from this page:

(clicking the above link from your email program might not open the link, copy and paste it into the title bar).

Enter your Order reference / receipt number when asked, a download link is presented under this link is a user name and password, it is required when the download link is clicked. An 'Overview of Process' guide which shows how to download can also be found on the registration page given above.

mp3pro is quite a while off, the DSP effects are to receive serious attention and will fill out with missing effects in the next few weeks.

1 and 2) No, purchasing the PowerPack entitles you to lifetime upgrades.

      3) The current Beta DSPs are here: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dbpoweramp-dsp.htm

      4) Keep dMC r11.5 installed as described here: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/legacy-compatibility.htm

      Edit: moved to dMC Support.
