Encoding raw AAC

I need to encode raw AAC -I mean that is not in a m4a container- for use with Nokia phone. Is this available yet? if so I'm lost.

Yes see the m4a codec in the beta section.

I installed m4a.exe O.K., I had downloaded
aac-encoder.exe, but got distracted and forgot to install it. Thanks.
