Ring Tones Too Loud

I am using dbpower to convert ringtones for uploading on my cell phone. While the process is succesfull, there is a problem. The ringers end up too loud and I have to turn my phone volume very low in order for the ringers to sound ok. Is there a way to convert them with less volume? If anyone wishes to help me with this please be very explicit on instructions because I am not too good with this stuff.

Soon for R12 there will be Volume Adjusting DSP effects, a number of weeks away.
