These are the install instructions on the download page, you need to install 2 downloads:

Install WMA v9 Codec Release 1 (257KB),
Install also Windows Media Audio v9 System Codecs (3.8MB) if do not have Media Player 9 or above,
Reboot computer (full shut down, not hibernate or sleep).
