Where did the "rip as one" option go?

I just bought version 12 and the cd ripper looks great. But where is the old "rip as one" option, which I have used frequently?

Unortunately that feature will now be available in version 13.

To retain this feature you will have to do like me and retain the r11.5 version of Audio CD Input.
