The CODEC required to decompress 'D:\Track05.cda' could not be opened.

Windows 98. Installed dbpowerAMP Converter. I get the error message:

The CODEC required to decompress 'D:\Track05.cda' could not be opened.
Unable to access CD Drive 'D:\Track05.cda'

I was using db a lot before I reinstalled Windows. Now I just get the above arror message. What am I missing?
