flac->m4a: contrary VBR quality bar

When right-clicking explorer files and selecting "Convert to" - dbPoweramp Music Converter window appears. The problem described below also occurs with the Batch Converter.

Selecting "Quality (VBR)" and sliding the quality bar towards the left (or towards what is labeled "low quality (smaller file)" causes the Quality factor to RISE and the estimated bit rate to also RISE.
