    Conversion errors

This is what I get when trying to convert .wav to MP3.
I've uninstalled, reinstalled, re-downloaded the program and done it all over again.
    Any help will be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    MrKim

Where did your WAV file come from? What are the specifications (bits, channels, frequency) of it?

You will need a Windows System ACM codec which can decode the wave file.

        Spoon,
I got the codec, installed it and still nothing. I'm so frustrated.

This is way over my head. I struggle with email sometime. Can I just get a refund please and I'll look for something novice user friendly.

Unfortunately, once you download the registered installer, you can't get a refund. This is why there is a 30-day trial. See here http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc-power-register.htm:
All programs have a full trials, before purchasing check the program functions as required, refunds cannot be given after registered program is downloaded.

Ok! No refund. No problem. What next?
I installed the codec in the Illiustrate folder the file is called "vorbis_acm". That's what I downloaded in a zip folder. Is that where it needs to be?

No, the codec needs to be in your Windows Directory in the System32 folder. Its normally C:\windows\System32.

Well, Spoon must have beer right. That codec didn't work when installed in system32
There are many codecs. Could you tell me which one I should use? And maybe where I can get it. When I Google Windows System ACM codec there are 587,000 articles listed.

There are around 8,000 acm codecs, you are best finding which program created it, as normally they install an acm codec.
