Cannot maintain folder structure

Sorry if this has been mentioned before but I have searched the forums and couldn't find anything about it. I downloaded the latest DMC 12 last night and thought id test it out by converting all my ape files to the latest flac version and leave it overnight to convert but with the batch converter it converts all the files into just one folder. I have all the ape files in separate files for each album and I remember with the dmc file selector in the previous version of DMC it kept the folder structure no matter what location the files were converted to.

I was wondering If i was doing something wrong because its a feature ive been familiar with for ages and can't really do without it.

Dynamic Naming is a Reference feature.

But this was a standard feature in previous "Free" versions. Was it not?

You can select 'Same Folder' and they are put in the same as original files.
