Unable to run ...(CLI)\fastenc.exe' message

I just downloaded the software today and then downloaded the software to convert mp3s to AAC, but when I open the program and click on convert, it starts off okay, but then I get an error message that says "Unable to run encoder 'C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpowerAMP\Compression\Advanced Audio Coding (CLI)\fastenc.exe' " nothing else happens.

What is happening? And how do i fix it?

You installed dbpoweramp to that folder? click the Locate encoder button and set the correct location of fastenc.exe
