unsuccessful R12 function

I downloaded the R12 dmc version to my win98 system and it`s not working at all,my registered friend tried it on his xp version and got the same thing,is it possible that I could get the 11.5 version to use?

Try redownloading it. Also, did you download the updates for Win98 for your PC?
