    album gain on re-ripped tracks

Say I rip a cd to flac with replay/album gain, it has a couple insecure tracks.

So I re-rip the (insecure) tracks, should these tracks have the same album gain or is that something thats only considered when all tracks are ripped in one go?

No it is only tracks that are ripped together, so yes album gain would be only for the re-ripeed tracks. Use the [replay gain] utility codec after.
