Problem with WMA conversion

I had the dbpoweramp set up all perfect, then I had to use my system recovery disc, which of course, wiped out all my info. Now, I've downloaded everything again, but for some reason whenever I right click WMA files, the option to convert isn't on the menu. Also, I keep getting this pop-up evertime I open the converter that says "The procedure entry point WMCreateSyncReader could not be located in the dynamic link library WMVCore.DLL". Could this have something to do with the inability to convert WMA files? Someone please help me out...I miss my converter. To need to convert some WMA files to mp3 so I can listen to them on GTA3.
