    Questions about speed

I'm a very new newbie to this program, so bear with me. Anyway, here are my questions:

    1) Ripping a 70 minute CD @ 320kbps using secure mode took almost 20 minutes. Is that how long I should expect it to take?

    2) In regards to question one, the CD I ripped before it (same length) only took about 12 minutes. Any reason why it slowed down?

    3) Should I bother using secure mode on brand new or relatively clean CDs?

    Thanks in advance!

P.S., Spoon: I noticed a small typo in the tooltip for the "Meta" icon. Retrieve is spelled "Retrive". Thought you might want to fix that the next time you're working in that area.

Secure mode takes longer. You should get the same results if you use burst mode and get an OK from AccurateRip. IMO, Secure mode should be used for tracks that won't rip with Burst mode.

Spelling mistakes allways seem to slip through.

Secure mode can be as fast as burst if the CD is in AccurateRip as an error free rip will finish in 1 pass.
