Upgrading again

I just tried to upgrade my 'dMC-r12-Registered' with the 'dBpoweramp-AMG-2006-45463.exe' file I got from the 'upgrade Power Pack to Reference version'-routine at

I got the link to the 158 kb file dBpoweramp-AMG-2006-45463.exe immediately in my inbox in the Order confirmation.

Is that a valid file, it says 2006 not 2007 during the installation?

Or do I have to wait until I get the right link to the correct file in another
email.

Sorry I feel dumb and a little confused...

edit:
I re-read that email and now found under "IMPORTANT dBpowerAMP REGISTRATION DETAILS":
1) dBpoweramp Reference upgrade will be sent in 1-3 days,

I would like to ask then, for what reason do I need the file mentioned above then?

Don't worry about the 2006 date, it will work fine.

The AMG file is for access to AMG data for CDs and such. AMG contains album art, unlike FreeDB. With the purchase of any new version of dMC r12, whether PowerPack or Reference, you get 1 year of access to AMG.
