I have R11.5 Power pack but do not have an order number - I lost it when my hard drive crashed and have a link to R11.5 that was e-mailed to me when I was getting restablished myself on a new hard drive. The e-mail only has a URL to R11.5 not the order number used when I originally bought Power Pack. As a result I can't use the upgrade to Refernce via web option. I do still have the e-mail providing me the link for 11.5 and a username and password that works for access to the R11.5 install package.

Instead of order number, provide the email address used to register the old one and a rough date of reigstration.Comment
