How do I take an mp2 and convert to mp1

I know this may sound strange..but I have a need to convert mpeg-2 back to mpeg-1. Anyone give me a clue on how to do that with the dMC?

You would need a command line mp1 encoder (try rarewares, search in google), and use the Encoder CLI codec to drive it.
