dMC start up problem

dMC start up problem

When I start dMC and get to the conversion page and click on convert I immediately get a "ActiveMovie Window" window. Don't know where it came from and can't find it by using search. The conversion also doesn't start but I get the 10 second count with 0% progression. Any answers or suggestions?
