errors whilst converting

I've used this program for a while and it was always a dream, but I haven't used it in a while. When I tried to use it recently to rip several cds, each time I got the same error message. It says "errors whilst converting," then lists "the output file 'D:\.....' could not be opened"

I don't know what could have happened to this program and would hate to lose it. Please help!

What was the exact error? What version of dMC are you using, dMC r11.5 or dMC r12?
