file convertor problem

has anyone else experienced this.

when usuing file convertor to convert large batches of file before transferring to my mp3 player I get the following problem

cannot convert unsupported audio type '.' please visit codec central.

(not sure on exact wording but the unsupported type is definitely '.')

I can successfuly convert large numbers of folders but sometimes when choosing a set of folders and subfolders I get this error. its really annoying.....

as far as I am aware I have all the required codecs installed.

What file types did you check under the "Converting" menu? A common problem is to have playlists checked, which can result in an error such as what you described.
