Is it possible to rip tracks 1-9 of a CD in the format 01, 02, 03 etc. as opposed to just 1, 2, 3? For one it would make burning in Nero easy - at the mo, I get 1,10, 11, .... 19, 2, 20, etc. in my file tree.

Yes, check the naming convention.
Click the big Options button > File Creation > Set
Then pick from there the track number format that you want, eg. Track number xx .[B][url=http://www.webado.net/][COLOR=Blue][FONT=Comic Sans MS]Christina[/FONT][/COLOR][/url][/B]
