Registration problems

Ok. I registered w. this product a year ago. It always worked fine. Now, all of a sudden, the registration expires. It doesn't work on my new computer. WTF? I need help and NOTHING in the FAQ's are helping me.

Registration doesn't expire. Are you sure you installed the registered version?
