I was wondering if there is any way to convert ID tags on MP3s back to version 1.1 . My phone does not support anything higher and will only give me the artist not the genre. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In dMC Configuration, you have this option. Start --> Programs --> dBpowerAMP Music Converter --> Configuration --> dMC Configuration. Click Codecs and then Advanced Options.
What you want is ID3v1 and v1.1 tags.Lt. Data
