Help ! Cant find Codec for amr(Sony Eric.Phone)

M$ guides me to file ext. detalis for .AMR but theres no coupling to dbpowerAMP.
When I open that program it ask´s me to get this codec, but I cant find it on that page and there is no mentioning of it anywhere.
No place to search.
Much apreciate if anyone could mail me a solution in plain enlish or Swedish.

I'd say you have to use the Sony help for that.
