ID tag problem

ID tags in Popup Info Tips, contained none-english symbols like russian or japanese, displayed not correctly. But in ID Tag on Property Page its ok. How can I solve this problem? My version of dMC is 11.5.

dMC r11.5 only supports Unicode in tags. dMC r12, currently in beta, supports Unicode fully, including file names.
