New Download

I was unable to download the mp3 converter from the 2 links you sent me in my e-mail. I kept getting error messages. One was just saying an error has occurred and the other one was that my security settings would not allow the download. I had already disabled my firewall and changed all of my security settings to allow any downloads. What do I do now?

What firewall are you using? Sometimes you can't just disable it, you have to totally exit it.
