    flac>wav>mp3 or flac>mp3 ?

    Hi All,

Just curious which would be the best way to convert to MP3 from FLAC?

    flac>wav>mp3 or just flac>mp3

    I'll use MP3 lame VBR 128>320 bitrate

    thanking in advance...

Going first to wav you lose any id tags you may have had.

Your going to lose quality anytime you convert from a lossless format to a lossy format. However, you will lose the same amount of quality either way you go.
