    Converting stopps after 5% (?)

Although I purchased a full version n Functionality seems to be o.k., my converts (.aa to .mp3) are chrashing (ending) after 5% of converting. Why do this happen wit ha registrated version ?

     :( :(

Following the FAQs I have installed the recommended Codec 'lame 3.70' - but now I get a new error message:

The CODEC required to decompress 'F:\PK-Home\Multimedia\Media-Audio\AUDIBLE\Audible\Downloads\Eragon-Teil1_mp332_b1fully.aa' could not be opened.
DirectShow filter for '.aa' not installed, or Audio File Corrupt.

I have uninstalled the DirectShow Filter an re-installed it, but error ist still the same....
