I have downloaded the dB player but ever time i try and use it windows tells me i have encountered a problem and to send error report.I purchased the license to convert files to mp3 but when i ask to play in dB player i get sound with the erroe report box and nothing else.Help

Uninstall, re-download a fresh copy and reinstall the program.
