I ripped my entire collection(around 35000 songs) to apple lossless because I have an ipod and don't want any degredation of quality. Well, itunes can't handle large collections(I am extremely disappointed in Apple for finally putting out an inferior product than Microsoft). I found a way to modify my ipod to play flac's so that I can use Media Player with my ipod. I was psyched-until I started converting to flac using this program. The files, no matter what compression setting I use, sound horrible. Does anyone know what would cause this and how to correct it? I have been working on this for a while now and am getting really frustrated.
