.aa (Audible file) only partial conversion

.aa (Audible file) only partial conversion.

Converting .aa to .mp4 Using Nere enc and direct show.
I have performed this conversion on my home computer successfully, but at another computer I only get a file output of apx. 5mb.
Have tried reinstall, but problem persists.
Is there a file size option that I am missing.
