Converting from shn to mp3 ?

I installed the dBpowerAMP-codec-shorten.exe codec and i can't convert to mp3, i don't even see it in: convert To: options.
When i try to add shn files i get error: We encounter error unknown file type!
My files arn't corrupted cause i tryed many different shn files from different albums and can't convert.

Did you install dMC and the codec as an administrator? Did you install the codec to the correct location (the dMC install directory)?

Yes, i installed the codec like all others before.
The problem is solved, i uninstalled the program, restarted and installed again and now it works.
