    M4a to MP3

I've just received an album and it is M4a and media player doesn't like it, neither does anything else.
I downloaded DBpower AMP to convert it but it's telling me I need a Codec Central thingy for me to be able to do this. I've downloaded a Codec Central (two actually) but it keeps telling me I need one?
Any help? Wording in a way a non nerdy person can understand please :smile2:
Another thing when I open up DBpower AMP from my desktop and go to the file where the M4a songs are that I want to convert are, it's empty. But they are meant to be there...???

Check it is .m4a and not .m4p (a protected m4a file).

Did you download the Nero file as mentioned in the m4a help file?
