MP2 conversion problem

I am trying to convert an MP2 file I've downloaded from a radio syndication website. When I attempt to convert, I get this message: "Support for the audio type '.mpeg' might be obtained at 'Codec Central'....". It looks like most of the MP2 codecs don't read them, just encode (if I'm reading it right). I have version r11.5 and it looks like it's supposed to read an MP2 file. Which codec should I use?

Try renaming the extension to .mp2
