"error decoded data is not block aligned"

I get this error message when converting WAV files I've restored from data DVD to FLAC: "error decoded data is not block aligned". Yet the FLAC files seem to play properly. What's going on?

Okay, now that I've posted, the forum search function offered two threads relating to my question. It appears this can be safely ignored, and that the converted file (FLAC) seems to drop the last hanging unaligned bit. Or is it all going to explode?
