Problem opening dbPowerAmp Music Converter

I think I have installed an application that conflicts with dbPowerAmp. Every time I click on the dbPowermp Music Converter icon on my desktop the program opens minimized to the taskbar. If I click on it to maximize it, it won't, if I right click it to select maximize the option is not available. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this issue.

Ok, I have figured out that the dialog is actually opening off screen but now everytime I move it and select files then convert. If I re-open again it's off screen again. ANy help would be appreciated.

Right click the dB icon and check Properties. For Shortcut - it should say Open in Normal Window.
