registration not working

I bought Sveta Portable Audio and when I tr to use the music converter it tells me every time that I need to register.

How do I register if I paid for the product?

If your trying to convert to mp3, that is related to dBpowerAMP Music Converter. Converting to mp3 requires purchasing the "PowerPack and MP3 Encoder License" or Sveta Fully Loaded. You can freely convert to WMA, mp4, etc but not mp3. And no, there isn't a low-cost upgrade if you purchased Sveta and now want the PowerPack.

From the Registration page:

Standard cannot encode to mp3, unless Power Pack is purchased, before or after.

Did you purchased standard Sveta or Sveta Fully Loaded?
