Lame CLI ?

I am wondering if I can use the Lame CLI with dBpowerAMP. I downloaded a file called lame3.90.2-ICL.zip that is supposedly the Lame CLI and i unzipped it to dBpowerAMP\Compression\Lame CLI\
How do I use this with dBpowerAMP? It doesn't show up as a codec to use. What are there benefits to using the CLI...if any? I think I remember something about a setting for high quality mode...I would just like to have more control over the quality of the encode.
Any help is appreciated...thanks!

You first have to install this and if you haven't already, install the power pack, before you can add the Lame CLI as a codec to be used by dMC.
