    How to encode aac+ to these specs?

    Anybody have an idea on how to encode a source file to aac+ with these specs:
    Codec: AAC MPEG2 + SBR, Samplerate: 32 Khz , Bitrate: 32 Kbits/s CBR , True Stereo , Bitstream: ADTS
