need help with MP4

i won an mp4 at a carnival the other day and i can't figure out how to get the program to down load music, videos, and pictures onto it! :vmad: :thumbdown can some one please help me figure this out?

Do you mean a m4p iTunes download or an iPod?

If your talking about an iPod, you can either use iTunes to manage your music, pictures, and videos, or you can use Sveta to manage the music.
