Can't make a compressed wave. Help

I just install DBP on my other computer but I can't convert to compressed
wave. Mpeg is there but the attributes are different then on my other
one. So I still tried to convert and it's garbled. I have windows 2000 on
both computers. Please help.

I read that earlier so I did that and I restarted my computer and I still get the same thing and the music is garbled.

What settings are you using on the conversion?

I'm using the 48k bits/24,000hz but now I'm getting a message that
says DiskFull but I don't know what that means. I still have half
of my hard drive empty. Can you help me.

Try making a 44.1KHz uncompressed WAV, then going to a compressed 24KHz WAV. Sometimes changing the frequency when also changing formats causes errors.

Sorry to be such a pain but I've never had so much trouble with db.
I love the program. I did what you said and I got pass the disk full
But it still comes out garbled.

What kind of file are you trying to convert? file type, full specs please (bitrate, frequency, channels, all info that is available).

Does that play normally? In what player?
