Converting AAC files

I am amember and download Audio Books from Audible in aac format I am trying to convert them to mp3. Can anyone point me in the direction to start this project.

I done as you said, The files will not show up when I open power amp, I am still lost. Any help?

What are the extensions of the files when viewed in Windows Explorer?
