Windows Error while using Auxiliary Input

I am trying to use dMC Auxiliary Input to record tracks from a turntable.
So far I have been able to set up everything so that I can test the recording level through Auxiliary Input.
When I try to do an actual recording, I get green flashes on the VU as expected for about 6 seconds, then the flashes disappear as if the signal goes away. Shortly after that, I get a Windows Error for musicconverter.exe
Then the recording program becomes unresponsive. It won’t respond to stop recording or cancel.

Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

See below for tips for Aux Input.

Also, what output format did you pick for Aux Input? Try a normal WAV.

Thanks for the suggestions Lt. Data.

I will have to try those when I have a little more time.

I have a process in place that is working, and was hoping to get around the manual post-recording conversion step.
