File conversion

I recently downloaded DP Poweramp Music Converter.
I am having the following problem:
When I inset an Audio CD and highlight a track for conversion ( I am trying to convert to MP3) the program sees all the tracks, however I get the following message: The output file E:\ Track 01.mp3 could not be opened. The conversion program appears to have a problem with opening any track I select on the CD.
Any ideas?

Is E:\ a hard drive on your system? Are you running Audio CD Input as Administrator? Are you running dMC r11.5?
