convert from wav to AppleLossless with tag info

I currently rip my cd's to .wav using Plextools and use iTunes for playback (modded Airport ->DAC->headphone amp). I would like to know if your program would allow me to convert my .wav files to apple lossless and auto insert tag info (from freedb) that would auto fill the iTunes database when I import the converted files.

dMC does not interface with the iTunes database, nor does it pull FreeDB data for songs that are not being ripped from a CD. Sorry
