I have downloaded the codecs required but I still cannot convert to M4a using the Nero AAC option. I was told I need to download something else. What is it? Where do I download it? I had the free trial from cNet & it allowed me to convert to m4a before & now that I have PAID for this program I can't use it! Please someone help me. Please respond to my private messages. Thanks!
