Noise reduction on LP to mp3 conversion

I like the converter program. I am using it to finally get my large vinyl collection into digital format. I have hundreds of 45's and 33's that I need to convert to digital before they are unreadable. Is there a shareware or freeware program anyonew knows of to remove the clicks and pops ans scratches before they get into the .mp3 file?
